Senior report reviewer (Based at Gurgaon)

Major Responsibilities

• Timely and carefully review all kinds of social and CT PAT audit reports, audit information or evidence obtained on site, and effectively communicate with auditors for doubts/inconsistencies observed in the audit reports. Support to review other regional (South Asia) audit reports as well.
• Verify and modify all kinds of audit reports including finding judgement, quote of law requirements/the client’s requirement, wording, gramma errors, wrong sentences, irrational findings etc., and make sure the audit reports are provided to our clients with a high quality.
• Monitor auditors to submit the report on time. Publish and upload all kinds of audit reports to the internal system within timeline as required.
• Organize trainings on reporting according to the client’s requirement and the Company guidelines prepare audit example or efficient audit tools for Auditors when necessary.
• Analyze and summarize the critical problems of audit reports and data, communicate, and provide revision recommendations timely to Auditors to continuously improve the quality of audit reports.
• Analyze and record the quality of audit report and mark them into the tracking report and submit it timely to help manager and training manager for further actions.
• Assist in collecting and summarizing relevant audit information and timely feedback to Supervisor, HK or clients when necessary.

Knowledge and Skills

• Highly integrity and honest performer
• Minimum of 2 years of report reviewing experience is preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of social compliance and security audit/ assessment experience, has on-site audit experience, will be an added bonus.
• APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) or any other technical certificate is a bonus.
• APSCA Registered Auditor (RA) will also be considered as an additional qualification.
• Familiar with local labor law, health and safety regulations is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to conduct audits when necessary along with report reviewing will be prioritized
• Proactive personality, attention to detail and analytical, logical thinking.
• Good command of English, and excellent in reading and writing
• Travel is limited.
• Minimum qualification – graduation
