Senior Travel and Client Services Executive (Gurgaon)

Job Accountabilities
- Research and organize travel itineraries, including preparation and issuance of Invitation letters, flights, accommodations, visas, foreign currencies and local transportation for Clients and Connor personnels and ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Ensure travel arrangements are cost-effective and aligned with budgetary constraints.
- Act as a support contact during travel to manage last-minute changes or emergencies.
- Communicate with Clients, Connor Associates, Connor Offices in other regions about their itineraries, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Prepare and manage travel expense reports, reimbursements, and documentation.
- Organizing and coordinating Company events, conferences, or other functions including client & corporate team visits.
- Research & negotiate with travel & office supplies vendors for the best possible rates and packages and ensuring quality and delivery on time.
- Manage issuance of PO’s and consumptions.
- Stay informed about travel trends, regulations, and industry-related news.
- Organize and manage the MD’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Plan, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items from meetings attended by the MD.
- Draft, proofread, and finalize correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the MD.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
- Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Experience & Skills
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, Client Servicing, or Travel Coordination).
- Strong understanding of corporate travel management, including booking flights, accommodations, and managing travel budgets.
- Experience in client relationship management, including handling queries, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Experience in managing high-level executive calendars and handling confidential information.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Education
- a Bachelor’s degree.
- Added advantage for candidates having Certified Executive Assistant (CEA) or Project Management Certification or Travel Management Certifications or MBA.
- Language Skill Expertise- Professional – English, Hindi other language like French etc will be added advantage.
